These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Telluna website, mobile application, and related services (collectively, the "Service"), operated by Telluna ("we," "us," or "our"), based in Riga, Latvia.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

1. Description of the Service

Telluna is an AI-powered everyday parenting companion designed for parents and guardians of children ages 2–8. You describe a situation — a meltdown, a refusal, a fear, something hard coming up — and Telluna gives you the exact move: a script, a game, a plan. Responses are generated using artificial intelligence, calibrated to your child's developmental stage based on the profile information you provide.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use Telluna. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. User Accounts

a. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your credentials secure.

b. Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login information
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Immediately notifying us of any unauthorized use

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service lawfully and only for its intended purpose. You must not:

• Use the Service in violation of any applicable laws or regulations
• Submit harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or user data
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service
• Use the Service to develop or train competing AI models

We reserve the right to take appropriate action in response to violations, including account suspension or termination.

5. Content and Intellectual Property

a. Your Content

You retain ownership of any original content you submit to Telluna (e.g., situation descriptions, child profile details, and prompts).

By using the Service, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use your input solely for:

• Generating personalized parenting guidance for you
• Improving and training our AI models
• Providing and enhancing the Service

You are responsible for ensuring that your input does not infringe on any third-party rights.

b. Generated Content

The guidance, scripts, plans, and other content generated by Telluna are created by AI based on your input and your child's developmental profile. While we strive to produce high-quality and developmentally appropriate guidance, Telluna is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice.

c. Our Content

All intellectual property related to the Telluna brand, platform, and technology — including text, graphics, code, and features — are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.

6. Payments and Subscriptions

a. Billing

Some features of Telluna may require a paid subscription or one-time payment. All payments are processed securely via third-party providers.

By subscribing or making a purchase, you agree to:

• Provide accurate billing and payment information
• Authorize Telluna to charge your chosen payment method
• Comply with the terms of your selected plan

b. Subscription Renewal

Subscriptions may automatically renew unless canceled before the end of the billing cycle. You can manage or cancel your subscription through your account settings.

7. Refund Policy

We offer refunds in accordance with our Refund Policy:

• All generated guidance will be appropriate for every situation or child
• The Service will meet your specific expectations or requirements

You use the Service at your own risk.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Telluna shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including (but not limited to) loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Latvia. Any disputes arising from or related to the use of the Service shall be resolved in the courts of Riga, Latvia.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our business, legal requirements, or service features. We will notify you of any material changes by updating the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, providing additional notice.
