Telluna is an AI-powered bedtime story service designed for parents and guardians to create personalized stories for their children based on daily experiences, moods, and emotions. The stories are generated using artificial intelligence and user input.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use Telluna. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. User Accounts

a. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your credentials secure.

b. Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login information

You are responsible for ensuring that your input does not infringe on any third-party rights.

b. Generated Stories

The stories generated by Telluna are created by AI based on your input. While we strive to produce high-quality and appropriate content, we recommend reviewing each story before sharing it with children.

c. Our Content

All intellectual property related to the Telluna brand, platform, and technology — including text, graphics, code, and features — are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.

6. Payments and Subscriptions

a. Billing

Some features of Telluna may require a paid subscription or one-time payment. All payments are processed securely via third-party providers.

By subscribing or making a purchase, you agree to:

• Provide accurate billing and payment information
• Authorize Telluna to charge your chosen payment method
• Comply with the terms of your selected plan

b. Subscription Renewal

Subscriptions may automatically renew unless canceled before the end of the billing cycle. You can manage or cancel your subscription through your account settings.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Latvia. Any disputes arising from or related to the use of the Service shall be resolved in the courts of Riga, Latvia.
